Năm 2004, trường bắt đầu đầu tư 150 triệu bảng Anh vào việc xây dựng Tòa nhà Mary Seacole trị giá 22 triệu bảng Anh, hiện là trụ sở của Trường Cao đẳng Y tế và Chăm sóc Xã hội, và Tòa nhà Lady Hale trị giá 10 triệu bảng Anh của Trường Luật.
Trường đầu tư 55 triệu bảng Anh vào tòa nhà Adelphi và 65 triệu bảng Anh vào tòa nhà Khoa học, Kỹ thuật và Môi trường. Salford International Excellence Award (£5,000)
What is it? The Salford International Excellence Award supports a range of talented, inspiring and creative international students at the undergraduate level who aim to be the leaders of the future.
Who is it for? You must have applied for an undergraduate course for September 2025 intake in order to apply for this scholarship. This scholarship is not available for postgraduate students.
How much is it worth? £5,000
How do I apply? The most important part of your application is the two-part scholarship essay, which should include the following sections:
Part 1: Describe how your previous experiences and achievements will help you achieve success here.
Part 2: Describe how your programme of study will enable you to develop a greater understanding of your subject and how that can positively contribute to your home country.
NCUK Salford Undergraduate Excellence Scholarship (up to 5,000)
What is it? NCUK delivers pathway programmes that lead to degrees at member universities. To support students who progress from NCUK, we offer a number of high value scholarships to outstanding applicants for undergraduate or master's programmes
Who is it for? The NCUK Salford Undergraduate Excellence Scholarship is open to applicants who have an offer for an undergraduate programme and have achieved 128 UCAS points (A level grades ABB grades or equivalent) and a minimum EAP C in the NCUK International Foundation Year.
The NCUK Salford Undergraduate Excellence Scholarship (progression from IY1) is open to applicants who have studied the NCUK International Year One and have an offer for an undergraduate programme. Applicants must achieve 65% from 120 credits, with an EAP C or equivalent in the NCUK International Year 1.
The NCUK Salford Postgraduate Excellence Scholarship (progression from PMP) is open to applicants who have an offer for a master's programme and have achieved 65% from 120 credits, with an EAP C or equivalent in the NCUK pre-master's programme.
How much is it worth? The NCUK Undergraduate Excellence Scholarship is worth £5,000. The NCUK Undergraduate Excellence Scholarship (progression from IY1) is worth £3,000. The NCUK Postgraduate Excellence Scholarship (progression from PMP) is worth £3,000.
How do I apply? There is no application process. Your eligibility for this scholarship will be assessed when you apply to your chosen programme. If you are successfully accepted for this scholarship, to confirm your funding you must confirm your offer of admission by paying your tuition fee deposit.
Global Gold Excellence Scholarship (up to £3,500)
What is it? This scholarship supports high-achieving international students to study at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
Who is it for? To be eligible for this scholarship you must be applying for the first year of full-time study on an eligible undergraduate or postgraduate master’s programme.
Self-funded students who successfully complete the International Foundation Year at Salford with a grade of 70 or higher, are eligible for this scholarship if they progress to one of our eligible undergraduate programmes starting from 2024-25.
If you are an undergraduate applicant, you must hold an offer for an eligible programme and achieve A-level grades ABB or equivalent from your country. Equivalent qualifications are shown on our country pages.
If you are a postgraduate applicant, you must hold an offer for an eligible programme, achieve a first-class degree and meet your offer conditions by the deadline shown on your offer letter (equivalent qualifications are shown on our country pages).
How much is it worth? For undergraduate applicants, the Global Gold Excellence Scholarship is worth £3,500. For postgraduate applicants, the Global Gold Excellence Scholarship is worth £3,000.
How do I apply? There is no separate application process for this scholarship. You will be assessed when you apply for your chosen programme of study. If you are successfully offered this scholarship, you must accept your offer of admission and pay your tuition fee deposit by the deadline specified in order to receive the funding.
Global Silver Excellence Scholarship (up to £3,000)
What is it? This scholarship supports high-achieving international students at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
Who is it for? To be eligible for this scholarship you must be applying for the first year of full-time study on an eligible undergraduate or postgraduate master’s programme.
Self-funded students who successfully complete the International Foundation Year at Salford with a grade between 65 - 69 are eligible for this scholarship if they progress to one of our eligible undergraduate programmes starting in 2024-2025.
If you are an undergraduate applicant, you must hold an offer for an eligible programme and achieve A-level grades BBC or equivalent from your country. Equivalent qualifications are shown on our country pages.
If you are a postgraduate applicant, you must hold an offer for an eligible programme, achieve at least a second-class lower (2.2) degree or above and meet your offer conditions by the admission deadline (equivalent qualifications are shown on our country pages).
How much is it worth? For undergraduate applicants, the Global Silver Excellence Scholarship is worth £3,000. For postgraduate applicants starting, the Global Silver Excellence Scholarship is worth £2,500.
