What is it? We're offering eligible international students an early bird discount of £500 on course fees, called the “Early Bird Discount”, in relation to certain courses.

Who is it for? To be eligible for the Early Bird Discount you must:

- be an international student, which means someone who is a non-British national, who does not have a settled or pre-settled status and pays overseas tuition fees;

- be required to apply for a Student Route Visa in order to study at the University; and

- be required to pay £6,000 deposit toward your course fee before the dates provided below (this payment will either be required at the point you accept your offer or later in connection with your Student Route Visa application process).

LLB Law

Our law degree, known as an LLB or Bachelor of Laws, is equivalent to a BA or BSc. If your career aspiration is to be a solicitor or barrister in the UK, this degree will prepare you in part for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE1) or Bar Practice Course (to qualify as a barrister).

LLB Law (Accelerated)

Our Accelerated LLB covers all the same material as our LLB undergraduate law degree, but in two years rather than three. It is designed for those able to dedicate extra time to their studies on a weekly basis. LLB Law with Criminology

Our LLB (Hons) Law with Criminology is a three year degree that combines your legal studies with different aspects of criminology. Studying this degree will also prepare you in part for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE1) or Bar Practice Course (to qualify as a barrister).

LLB Law with Business

Our LLB (Hons) Law with Business is a three year full-time degree, where you will develop an understanding of key legal topics and business skills. LLB Law Senior Status

The LLB (Hons) Law Senior Status is a specifically designed degree for students who already hold an undergraduate degree and want to convert to law study over a two year period. Studying our degree will also prepare you in part for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE1) or Bar Practice Course (to qualify as a barrister).

International Foundation Programme – Law Online

Our International Foundation Programme for Law Online is designed to help you develop the academic and linguistic skills required for degree level study. With our pre-degree course, we will offer you a basic introduction to key principles of law while boosting your skills in English language and maths. The course can be studied in nine months or six months as an accelerated version. On successful completion of this online course, you will feel more confident in your abilities to undertake one of our undergraduate law degrees.

MLaw (Solicitors' Practice) - four year Integrated Master's

Take the most direct route to qualify as a solicitor with our Integrated Master’s. Over four years you’ll study our practically focused LLB Law content alongside our professional SQE1 and SQE2 preparation modules. During Year 4, you’ll sit the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) and will only need to fulfil the Qualifying Work Experience requirement on graduation to qualify as a solicitor.

Our LLM Legal Practice (SQE1&2) course is designed for graduates who want to qualify as a solicitor using the new SQE route to practice and also gain a Master’s award. The Bar Practice Course (BPC) is the qualifying postgraduate course allowing graduates to prepare for practise as barristers in England and Wales. Postgraduate Diploma in Law (PGDL) - (conversion)

Our Postgraduate Diploma in Law (PGDL) is a law conversion course that teaches you to think like a lawyer and prepare for the realities of life in legal practice. MA Law (Conversion)

Start your legal journey with our SQE Law Essentials course, the first step for non-law graduates who want to learn the fundamentals of law and plan to progress to SQE1. This short online course is for graduates from a non-law background and will give you an introduction into the essentials of legal knowledge required for SQE1. This course is designed for those who want to take the SQE but do not have a law degree or equivalent experience. This course prepares you to take our SQE1 Preparation Course or LLM Legal Practice (SQE1&2) to qualify as a solicitor.

SQE1 Preparation for Legal Professionals Online

This online course is designed for professionals working full-time in the legal sector, including international lawyers, who wish to qualify as a solicitor in England and Wales using the SQE pathway to qualification. It is designed to support the legal knowledge and skills you will have already developed in the legal industry, while preparing you for the SRA’s centralised SQE1 assessments, which test functioning legal knowledge (FLK).

SQE2 Preparation for Legal Professionals Online

The course is designed to develop the six legal skills necessary to pass SQE2 as well as revise the functioning legal knowledge you will already have acquired before embarking on SQE2. You’ll have flexibility to study online at your own pace (typically 10 hours per week) over thirty learning weeks. The course is principally asynchronous, but each learning unit is enhanced with a lecturer led timetabled live subject support session to support your learning throughout the course.
